Latasha Ball

FOUNDER, CEO

Latasha, a proud North Philadelphia native, has always been passionate about teaching and learning. From leading lessons on her childhood stoop to educating teachers, leaders, and organizations, she has spent more than a decade honing her expertise.


Latasha brings a unique blend of empathy, excellence, and strategic insight to every aspect of her work. She consistently leads with compassion while achieving transformative, results-driven impact. Her career spans a variety of roles that have deepened her skills in student-centered learning, innovative curriculum design, holistic adult learning, and strategic human-centered organizational development.


At the heart of Latasha’s leadership is a powerful belief: that true success—and meaningful learning—begins when we honor the whole learner. She is deeply committed to creating learning environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to make a lasting difference.

OUR IMPACT
